Roof Re-Seal

New Construction Re-Seal

Just $225!

New construction homes that are around 2-3 yrs old or older should have their roof re-sealed to prevent water intrusion and help extend the life of their roof.

The caulking around your pipe vents, ridge caps, skylights, and other protrusions on your roof during new construction wears down in about 2-3 yrs as they are exposed to the sun and the elements.

We can re-seal each of those points, and help guard them against exposure to the elements to help prevent leaks and preserve the life of your roof.

Aged Roof Re-Seal

Just $350!

Homes with older roofs, or that have roofs near the end of their lifespan can greatly benefit from a Re-Seal service on their roof.

As roofs age, their fasteners and components wear down which can cause leaks and long term issues such as mold growth. Sealant strips on shingles can fail, and wind can rip shingles off your home, leaving an exposed nail which can leak.

Re-Sealing your aged roof can be an extensive job, but if done properly can extend the life of your roof another 2-3 yrs. Giving you time to save up and prepare for your roof replacement.
