Homeowners who have a new construction home, or who have replaced their roof in the last 24mo, can benefit greatly by having us come out and do a Quality Check on their new roof.
A roof can look great on paper - but poor quality installations run rampant these days. Larger roofing crews aim to come in, tear off a roof, and put a new one on all in 1 day. This is a huge job. And moving quickly often results in installation errors that can remain hidden for years until they are discovered 5-10 yrs later.
Also unfortunately there are dishonest roofers (like in every profession) who will purposely install a cheaper shingle than they sold you, or use cheaper flashings than you were promised, or install less nails than they should have. We can check to see if the roof they gave you, is the roof that was promised.
Roof Report Included!
Get a PDF Roof Quality Check Report that highlights any installation errors that were found, and any discrepancies that were discovered from your initial paperwork.
You can use this PDF report to go back to your builder or roofer and hold them accountable to their craftsmanship while your roof is still under warranty.
