I will follow up with them, and if they turn into a paying client, you'll get $100 if we replace the roof, and $30 if we repair the roof.

You get paid when we get paid, at the end of the job.

Recommend Vanguard

If you talk to them, and actually recommend them to use Vanguard, you'll get $500 if we replace the roof! And 10% of the profit if we repair the roof!

You can knock on the door, message them on Facebook, text them directly, leave a note on their door, or in their mailbox, etc
